This movie sort of goes over the top to satirize the Hollywood action movie, but it also has the same sort of message that movies like The Fly and Demon Seed, where people go messing with nature and technology, and it messes things up. They could have left the cop buried in his grave, but they had to make their robot cops for the corporation, eventually he starts to remember who he is, and he wishes he wasn't brought back. I really liked this movie both because of that and because of how funny it is. I really recommend seeing this.

Although it starts out really slow and can be boring if you're not in the right mood, this is a brilliant movie. Luckily I was in the right mood to just sit there and let it all wash over me. I liked Peter Falk in the movie, he brought some humor to the rather serious film. Plus, there is an excellent scene of a Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds concert!! This is a great spoof movie, they switch between commercials, film, and video spoofs, which is really cool. Also, there's a good number of celebrities in it. This and Spaceballs are the best spoof movies of the 80s.

This is an almost perfect horror film. If only the skin ripping special effects didn't look so much like silly putty. The story is really brilliant; great characters, plot, ending. It was very artsy at times, and very low budget horror at others. Nice combination of horror and romance. I really enjoyed it.

I know it's cheesy and the He-Man character isn't all that interesting, but I really liked this movie, and I wasn't even a fan of the cartoon. I wanted to see it because of the good cast. This movie has a good combination of the fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, and action genres. I really liked the plot too, how the characters get transported to Earth and have to find their way back, it's a good story. Of course, it has it's weak spots, but overall I thought this movie was fun.

Price tells stories of a haunted town, stories full of blood and gore. For the most part the stories are entertaining, but some of the time the movie is a little dull. Overall, it could have been better. Maybe if we could have seen more from Price?

I half love and half hate this movie, it's really hard to rate. First of all, I loved Richard Dawson and the whole idea of a violent game show being the entertainment of the future. Schwarzenegger is cool as always, but the rest of the cast is average. Plus, it reminded me of Death Race 2000, which makes me think that maybe this is a bit of a rip off of that movie? This movie also feels kind of short and predictable towards the ending. Overall, it's cool, but it could be better.

This movie is okay. It has the elements of a good thriller, but it doesn't use them to their full potential. The story has something to do with a psychiatrist, a lady, her sister, and some kind of blackmail, I think? All you really know is that for some reason she wants her sister dead, and they never explain well enough why. This movie is a remake of a film noir, maybe if I see the original it'll make more sense out of this story? I don't think this movie has a very good ending either. Anyway, it's not good or bad, it's just okay.

This is one of the strangest movies of the eighties. While watching I went from thinking the movie was the worst I'd ever seen, and then I moved to the "so bad it's good" category, and then when it got to the ending I changed my mind again and thought: "well it accomplishes the goal of being gross, it's funny when it's not trying to be and unfunny when it does try, the songs in the middle of nowhere are so annoying, but it was somewhat entertaining and if I was a kid I might like it." Overall, a so-so movie. Still, I'd recommend this to kids under 12.

It was an interesting idea, but Child's Play got the right tone after seeing this movie, so it's better to check that movie out, not this one.

At first this movie got on my nerves, but the characters started to grow on me. The story is entirely predictable, the Atlantis City is underground instead of underwater like you'd think, and the script has too many corny lines (Ireland's voice doesn't help any with the corny lines, either). I wouldn't recommend seeing this movie, but if you really have nothing better to do it can be slightly entertaining.

I should really watch the whole movie, but I just get so bored when Gould is sitting at home doing nothing for like the first half of the movie. When does he do something? Where's the drama in this movie?

If you love dramas with old people sitting around talking about old people stuff, you will love this movie. Unfortunately that isn't my idea of a good time, so I was totally bored with this movie, I didn't even watch the whole thing. I wanted to see Vincent Price, I love him, but his character didn't seem to add much to the story anyway.

I wasn't a fan of the first Teen Wolf, but this movie was just horrible, at least the first one had Michael J. Fox!

Do Not Watch This Movie!!! You will waste your time, and your brain may shrink a little. Andrew McCarthey was too good an actor for this!
