I think the same, i mean... it is very funny, i like watching it but i don't see it real, i think it is very hard to find a tv comedy real, a movie maybe.. but a tv show not, maybe because it's too long.. idk, but it has no realism at all..

Why would it be real? It's a comedy...no one as awesome or legend-ary as Barney Stinson can exist in real life and no man as stupid when it comes to love can exist as Ted.

I'm really liking the show more and more lately, the last episode was sad, hopefully the next one is more funny and less sad.

But Barney Stinson is one of my favourite characters in terms of funny, he's right up there with Homer Simpson or Mr. Bean or Dwight Schrute or Spongebob Squarepants for me.

That chick who was in Buffy is the real star here. It's an illustration of a overly patriarchal tv industry that she was given less prominence than the males.

Lilly? From Buffy? She's funny but there isn't really a star in the show, it revolves around all four of them and is narrated by future Ted, don't think there's anything sexist about it and there's lots of shows where the lead is the female.

The highlight though is Barney, his whole character is hilarious or awesome as he would say it.

    Narrated by future Ted,
but seen through the eyes of his two children.

    Interesting framing device
    but boring story.
    (Except for Lilly).

Will they eventually reveal the 'Mother'?

I like to think the reason it doesn't feel real is because it is a story told by future Ted. Like the telepathic conversions and the "flying" porn tape :)

This one was slow to grow on me. Eventually won me over as a fan.

Not as good anymore, it seems a bit of a filler till Marshall and Lily have a baby and it seems inevitable that Robin will breakup with her new bf.

This show sucks so much. It's like watching a show with 2 broke girls saving up money for a cupcake shop. I mean really? Who could come up with a show like that? If a show ever gets made about two broke girls saving up money for a cupcake shop than I will never watch TV again. I'll read instead.
