INCEPTION Rules On Review Avenue
Posted by Sean Burton from Review Avenue 22 months ago
It?s been a fair few years since a movie has been so universally praised by critics and average-joe viewers, so when the early buzz for Inception leaked through, I was a little dubious as to whether it was really as good as they said it was. Well, loyal readers of humble RA, I can tell you on good authority (mine..) that you won?t see another film this year that surpasses it in excellence. ... read more

Posted by Jen Johans from Film Intuition 23 months ago
I have to hand it to the first Sex and the City movie; I didn't much care for it but at least it felt connected to the series. In Michael Patrick King's dreadful sequel that's all about the Benjamins a woman can spend at Bergdorf Goodman's, there's nothing even the slightest bit reminiscent to the award-winning, critically acclaimed six seasons of the series that has touched the lives of so many women and men around the globe. ... read more

Average Film Reviews Takes On The Prince Of Persia!
Posted by Nicola Timmins from Average Film Reviews 2 years ago
I can?t say I was overly excited about a film based on a video game. Uwe Boll has made me wary? If you haven?t had the delight of watching a Uwe Boll video game adaptation I?d recommend Alone in the Dark? it truly is awful. Seriously. It?s terrible. ... read more
