Petersen mini-bio: While attending Idaho State University on a football scholarship, William Petersen took an acting course that changed his life. He left school and went to Spain to study acting, and returning to the states he moved to Chicago to pursue his career. There he became active in theater and performed with the Steppenwolf Theater Company. He is perhaps best known to date for his role on the TV show "CSI".
