 Mark Webber mini-bio: He was raised by a single mother in the pauper neighbourhoods of
North Philadelphia, often homeless, living in cars or abandoned buildings.
Mark and his mother have been homeless advocates and aid volunteers for
several years. His first role was in 1998 as Johnny in"Edge City." He has
had steady roles since then with the exception of only one film in
2003-2004.
