Lee is famous for his role as Gong Gil in "The King and the Clown", where he played a feminine clown. He is probably more famous for his signature feminine appearance that has people calling him "the guy prettier than most girls." He has modelled for commercials such as Pomegranate, Lacvert, Giordano and VOV. Lee's popularity boomed once he played the womanizing role of Seo Jung Woo in "My Girl". He later went on to film movies from 2006 to 2007 including "Fly Daddy Fly", "May 18", and "Virgin Snow". Then in 2007 Lee took on the main role of Kay in action drama "Time Between Dog and Wolf". In 2008, "Iljimae" became another big break for Lee where he was a phantom thief. In 2009, Lee managed as ambassador for Korea and Shanghai alongside starring as Jin Do Hyuk in the drama "Hero". JG Company became his biggest accomplishment in 2010 as he had formed his own company which creates a better path for his career.
