In 2003 Julian directed his third feature The Last Horror Movie which healso produced through his production company Prolific Films. This videodiary of a serial killer became a cult hit, winning fourteen awards,including Best UK Feature at Raindance, and recieved distribution in twentytwo territories, including Tartan in the UK and Hart Sharp in the US.In 2005 Julian worked as a professional advisor to the Arts Council Of Walesand is currently in post-production on thriller Summer Scars and developmenton horror Long Dark Hours.
