| Hideto Takarai mini-bio: Hyde released his solo work in 2001 named "Evergreen" followed by "Angel's tale". After that he released another single "Shallow Sleep" before his first solo album "Roentgen". In 2003, he continued to work on his solo work. A single called "Hello" was released in June. Within the same year, a single "Horizon" was released in November. A month later his new album "666" was on sale. In 2004, L'Arc~en~Ciel released their new album, "Smile", after they released their single "Ready Steady Go". Their next single "Jiyuu e no shoutai" was on sale in the same year. In 2005, singles "Killing Me", "New World", and "Jojoushi" were released. Then in June, they released the album "Awake". In July, they released another single "Link". Hyde composed a song for the movie "Nana" starring Mika Nakashima. The song named "Glamorous Sky" (lyrics written by Ai Yazawa). Hyde's new solo single called "Countdown" will be released on October 5th 2005. In 2000, Hyde married Megumi Oishi; they have one child together.
