Gus Carr mini-bio: Gus Carr was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in Irvine, California. He entered the entertainment industry at a young age and has danced in numerous commercials, videos and movies while growing up. He has been fortunate to have worked with the likes of Destiny's Child, NSYNC, Britney Spears, and Michael Jackson. Using dance as a stepping stone, Gus is now pursuing his main goals in life as an actor and singer.
He is off to a huge start as the male lead in Universal Pictures' Bring It On, All Or Nothing. One of Gus' songs which he wrote and performed is featured in the film. You can hear his material on his MySpace page. Gus can also be seen in the international H&M Denim campaign. An homage to "Romeo and Juliet", Gus plays Romeo against American Idol's Tamyra Gray. Directed by David LaChapelle, the short film also features singer Mary J. Blige. This far-reaching campaign has been employed in theaters, TV, and print ads on billboards and magazines.
Gus has done roles on "Veronica Mars" and "Judging Amy". He is based in Los Angeles.
