Christina Ricci Information: Christina Ricci is an Emmy Award-nominated American actress who first found fame for her role as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family and its sequel Addams Family Values . Her first big screen role was alongside Cher in Mermaids. This led to a successful career in the 1990s with hits such as Casper and Now and Then. She has featured in a wide variety of films including, art house films such as The Ice Storm , dramas such as Monster , independent comedies such as The Opposite of Sex , for which she received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress, and blockbusters such as Sleepy Hollow and Speed Racer. | Christina has made her Broadway debut in Time Stands Still, a play by Donald Margulies. She replaced Alicia Silverstone when the play resumed in September. She stars alongside Laura Linney, Brian d'Arcy James and Eric Bogosian. The play recieved a Tony Nomination for Best Play recently. It resumed September 23rd on Broadway at the Cort theatre.
