Angelique arrnged a meeting between the London based film financier Frixos Constantini who had helped the great Michael Powell with the ballet film `Anna Pavlova `- and Elia Kazan in the Grande Bretagne Hotel in Athens.

What followed from this meeting is that Mr Constantini , a friend of Martin Scorsese the giant of USA cinema, put Elia Kazan in touch with Martin Scorsese and so it was that these two giants of US cinema met for the first time.

Her company Internationalist theatre was the first company to cast classics like Genet`s The Balcony and Brecht`s Mother Courage , as well EL CAMPO with not only multi-racial casts but also multi-national casts - actors of various accents.
