THE MAN
There are several events that happened in this great man's life but sadly i don't have time or space to list his entire life up till now even though I could. I think it's safe to say I know more about him then he does. However here are some highlights on the greatest rock performer in existance.
Born Vincent Damnon Furnier on February 4 1948 in Detroit Michigan
Got his start during Letterman talent show March 1964. His responsiblitiy was to recruit the talent and when no one responded he took matters into his own hands and with some friends from the track team and two others decided to enter peforming re-written Beatles songs about track known as the Earwigs.
Their first gig was the Pit and the Pendulum dance at their highschool on October 23 1964.
They became full-fledged Spiders in 1966 they released their first album Don't Blow Your Mind.
In 1967 they became the Nazz but due to another band of the same name they had a meeting and their new name being Alice Cooper just slipped out(thanks Todd Rundgren) Alice Cooper was much better anyway.
In 1975 on his Nightmare tour he hired a young ballet dancer known as Sheryl Goddard who later became his wife.
Married to Sheryl Goddard in March of 1976.
Upon 1977 Alice found himself in the Cornell Medical center for his alcoholisim. He met lots of characters in this sanitarium that inspired his album From the Inside to be released in 1978 on Warner Brothers.
September 28, 1983 was the day he had conquered his demons.

CONTRVERSIES IN THE COOPER CAMP
1969's cover of Pretties for You based on the painting by Ed Beardsley featured a girl revealing her panties and was covered up with a sticker.
1971's cover of Love it to Death featured Alice wrapping his thumb up in his jacket and this was painted over as it looked like another part of the "male anatomy." In retrospect the barstool was painted over on the back accidently erassing Dennis' leg.
1971's Killer cover was released in Mexico with the calendar photo for the cover apparentley blood dripping down a hanged man was less offensive then the snake.
1972's School's Out found itself wrapped in tissue paper panties and was banned in the US because according to the FTC they weren't fireproof. Suspicions fall upon the manager Shep Gordon calling the FTC.
The before and after photos in Muscle of Love (1973) were considered offensice in South Africa and were not released till they were changed.
The PMRC insisted there be a label on Constrictor (1986) which was fine with Alice because his albums got more attention. FYI the legs on the inside are those of Brian Nelson his assistant at the time.
"The chicken incidnet" was the result of Shep (Alice's manager) throwing the chicken on stage and thinking chickens can fly Alice picked it up and threw it into the audience where it was trampled.
INTERESTING TIDBITS
Neil Smith wrote Killer (1971) on the album with hsi left hand thinkign it to be creepier.
For the radio station WTMN Dick Wganer and Alice were vacationing in the Bahamas and were commenting on the Hurricane weather conditions and Alice happend to sing "welcome to my ngihtmare" and it kind of stuck.
The Cover of Dada (1983) was a take off of the painting "Slave Market" by Slavador Dali with the disapearing bust of Voltaire.
To Promote the Trash album (1989) Alice showed up comign in to town in garbage trucks. But when a city in Texas refused unless they insured it for one million dollars, Alice was quoted in the Rolling Stone, " I guess they were afraid we'd get it dirty."
